When will my order be delivered?
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are usually processed within 3 working days from the date of order and dispatched the day after processing. Please be advised that we do not deliver on weekends. -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, we ask that your order be processed within 1-3 working days. Delivery takes an average of 6-10 working days, depending on your location. -
What are the repayment terms?
Our returns policy allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt without justification. Items must be unused, unwashed and suitable for resale, with tags still attached. We do not accept returns on items purchased during raffles or sales, and shipping costs are not refundable. -
What are the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the carrier and country from which the package is being returned. As our products are shipped from warehouses in China, if they are returned, they will also be shipped back to China. Please write to our support to request a return address. -
How long does it take to make a product change?
If you choose to exchange the product when registering your return, we will begin processing immediately to ensure a quick resolution within a few days. -
What if the product for exchange is no longer available?
If the product you wish to exchange is not available, please contact our customer service department and we will inform you of future availability or find an alternative solution. -
Where can I find my order number to register a return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after making your purchase. It is a five-digit code. If you have trouble finding it, our customer service department will be happy to help you. -
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If unfortunately you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to make it right. Please email info@clarendonjewels.com with a photo of your complaint and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution. -
What if I want to return my order after the return deadline has passed?
Remember to make your return within 30 days before the return deadline. If this is not possible, please contact us and we will explore options such as an exchange or voucher. For more information, please contact our customer service department. -
How long does it take to process a refund?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for your refund to be credited to your bank account. -
My order has arrived incomplete. What can I do?
Some shipments are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you place an order for several products at the same time, there is a good chance that they will not all be delivered at the same time. Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the products usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
